A minimum number of 5 days is required for booking, and 7 days between December 21 and January 06.

Rental rates based on 2 persons in Euro’s:
low season  September 1 – December 20        from € 75,- per night
mid season April 1 – August 31                      from € 85,- per night
high season December 21 – March 31            from € 113,- per night
cleaning- and laundry fee € 85,-

Payment: after signing rental agreement, 50% payment within 7 days, 50% 60 days before check-in date.

Cancellation policy:
For bookings canceled up to 60 days before date of check-in, the traveler will receive 100% refund.
For bookings canceled until 30 days before date of check-in , the traveler will receive 50% refund.
For bookings canceled between 30 days before check-in and date of check-in, there will be no refund.

We advise to take out a travel and cancellation insurance.
