Bon bini! We warmly welcome you in our Aruba luxurious 5-star apartment for rent (condo), on the groundfloor of a gated and secure condominium of 26 units named Wacamaya, at Rooi Santo, Noord, just 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive to the beach!
We recently installed a brand new kitchen! Also the complex’s swimming pool and garden have been completely renovated. The new jacuzzi also gives a contemporary and luxurious look.
This apartment has the Aruba Health and Happiness Certificate, which means that it meets the highest hygiene and safety requirements set by the Aruban government, regarding Covid-19.

Our Aruba luxurious 5-star apartment has one bedroom with a kingsize bed and one pullout couch in the livingroom, that makes service possible up to 4 people.
In the fully equiped brand new kitchen it is a pleasure to prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner, with a 6 burner gas-stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, oven, blender, American fridge and all cooking utensils.
We provide:
– flatscreen TV, both in bedroom and livingroom, with cable tv. One with Netflix, Youtube and Prime Video
– free high speed WIFI
– a safe
– 2 airco units, in livingroom and bedroom, individually controlled
– all bed linen
– bath towels and beach towels

From the private balcony, you overlook the large freeshaped swimming pool with a beautiful cascading waterfall and many poolside lounge chairs, in a fantastic large tropical garden with big different palm trees.

Rates
A minimum number of 5 days is required for booking, and 7 days between December 21 and January 06.
Rental rates based on 2 persons in Euro’s:
low season May 1 – December 20 2023 from € 89,- per night
high season December 21 – April 30 from € 115,- per night
cleaning- and laundry fee € 95,-

Payment: after signing rental agreement, 50% payment within 7 days, 50% 60 days before check-in date.
Cancellation policy:
Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
We encourage to take out a travel and cancellation insurance.
